On May 17, the composer who has been one of my greatest influences in electronic music passed away. Of course I speak of the great Vangelis.
Together with Jean Michel Jarre and Mike Oldfield, Vangelis discovered electronic music in my childhood and made me fall in love with the most melodic and magical part of this musical style.
The greatest ones are leaving us, but they leave us a legacy of incredible music that will inspire other artists for centuries.
Rest in peace, master.

Deviating a little from my usual style and remembering the origins of what was the name of Oblidivm 20 years ago, (an instrumental Goth Metal band), I took advantage of this great Electro Dark style song by my friends Mixina, to experiment and come back to my roots for a while.
I hope you like it as much as I enjoyed producing it.
Working right now in a new track for my next LP.
Developing the concept of the Fermi paradox, this next track tells us about the "rare earth hypothesis". Perhaps our planet has unique and very unusual conditions, and perhaps that is why life was born on it. If our planet is one among billions, life may be something exceptionally rare in the Universe... What do you think about that?
